Singapore Music Forum on 14 Jan 2012 @ The Arts House, Old Parliament House.

The Singapore music scene is in need of kick and some have voiced the lack of opportunity both home and away. This FREE forum will be an open dialogue session to discuss the needs of the local industry in order to develop a sustainable and vibrant music scene, and to learn from successful global industry case studies. 

With a little help from your participation, the forum includes a panel of renown industry professionals from Singapore and around the world, including:

Eric Lawrence - President, Coalition Music and Manager, Simple Plan
Danny Loong - Co-Founder, Timbre Group

Singapore budding filmmaker Jacky Lee has finished up his entry Wild Fire for the 3rd Creative Video Awards Professional Category. For more information about Creative Video Awards, log on to www.facebook.com/joinCVA or www.eSMA.sg/CVA.

He has used client Inch Chua‘s ‘Red Dot’ as the closing credit song. ‘Red Dot’ can be found on her debut full length Wallflower. Her latest music video ‘Hurt’ has been shot and directed by Jacky as well.

Inch Chua & The Metric System @ xxiii

Back from the US for Christmas, Singaporean rocker Inch Chua celebrates this festive season the only way she knows best: through music. Bringing a mixture of tunes from her debut album ‘Wallflower’ and songs from her upcoming album ‘The Colour Wheel’, she and the Metric Systemwill tear through a setlist of crowd favourites and a selection of festive tunes.
